How I work
Before I touch anything, I try to understand what's actually going on. Not just the operational mess but the people inside it, the decisions nobody's made yet, the things everyone's working around but not saying out loud.
I map what's broken, find what's stuck, and work out the clearest path forward. But I don't wait for the perfect solution before moving. I build while things are in motion by solving the small problems first, finding my footing, then taking on the bigger ones as trust and clarity grow.
I try to stay curious about the problems and how it's landing on every person involved. Are they doing well? Are they supported? That matters as much to me as whether the system works.
I work best when I'm trusted to see the whole picture and act on it. And I don't believe in arriving. There's always something to improve, adjust, or understand more deeply. That's not a burden to me. It's the part I find most alive.
