About Ginger

I followed the rules. Then I wrote my own.

No straight lines. All intentional.

Before I left my last corporate job, my team made bracelets for everyone that said "WWGD — What Would Ginger Do?"I still think about that because of what it meant. It meant that in thirteen years of building safety programs some from scratch, supporting every level of an organization, and showing up for people through the hard stuff, I had become someone others genuinely relied on.That bracelet helped me believe that I was ready to go out on my own. That the thing I'd built in a corporate building wasn't tied to the building at all. It was just... me.

I spent thirteen years in Workplace Health & Safety; hired as the first-ever safety manager for a 1,000-person organization, building programs, culture, and trust from the ground up. Then, because I knew there was more out there, I left.

I've worked as a personal assistant managing household operations, finances, and the full complexity of someone's life with complete discretion. I've supported two CEOs simultaneously, run office operations, managed vendors, and become the person teams could rely on.

In 2020 I also built a personal training business and I'm still going.

Every chapter has been different. All of it has been on purpose.

WHO GINGER IS OUTSIDE WORK

For three years I've been an active member of a performing dance company… It takes hard work and discipline, yes. But it also takes childlike joy, flow, and the ability to laugh at yourself while doing something genuinely difficult. I love every minute of it.

As a Personal Trainer the gym is where I go to be fully in my body. Show up. Move. Have fun. I love supporting my clients in that same feeling. I love the moment someone realizes they're stronger than they thought.

I'm passionate about our queer community and holding space where everyone feels strong, safe, and seen.

I'm someone who is still figuring out how great she could be. I think there's so much more ahead. It's part of why I care so much about the people I work with. I know what it means to need someone steady beside you when you're building something real.

The steadiest hands belong to people who've been unsteady and chose to keep going anyway.
